Buying a home is mostly waiting for someone to get back to you.

We kept finding the same gap from both sides of the table. The family can't get a straight answer about their own block. The sales team can't give one, because the answer lives with four other people. Nobody is doing a bad job — the tools just never joined up.

What we believe

Four things we won't trade away.

Pro-architect, never instead of one.

Cadastral gives the salesperson the knowledge of the whole back office — architect, draftsperson, estimator, site engineer, surveyor — standing behind them at the table. It doesn’t replace any of them. It stops the customer waiting on them for a first answer.

Small, on purpose.

We're a lean team and we intend to stay one. We'd rather serve a handful of builders properly for a decade than chase scale, hire ahead of the work, and serve everyone badly for two years.

Verdicts, not vibes.

Every number we put in front of a customer has a planning clause or a cost line behind it. AI reads and extracts; it never decides. If we can't cite it, we don't say it — and neither should your rep.

No IT department required.

Our best-fit builder doesn't have one, and shouldn't need one. Your catalogue, your costing rules, one laptop, live in a week. If it takes an integration project, we designed it wrong.

Why now

The homes have to get built. There aren't more people to build them.

The sector is tracking more than 100,000 homes short of the National Housing Accord target, and labour — not demand — is the constraint. The only lever left is making the people already in the industry faster. That is the entire job of the software we make.
