Before you talk to sales.

Do you charge per appointment or per quote?

No. A rep can run twenty sitings for one customer and send five proposals; the price doesn't move. We price the centre and the seat so your team never hesitates to re-run a scenario in front of a customer.

What counts as a display centre?

Any location your consultants sell from — a display home, a sales office, or a mobile team working a single region. Consultants who move between centres need one seat, not one per centre.

How long does onboarding take?

A single-centre builder is typically live in a week: floor plans traced to scale, price matrix imported from CSV, serviced suburbs published. Multi-brand catalogues take three to four weeks.

Is planning data an extra subscription?

No. Parcel boundaries, zoning, overlays, easements and tree data for the areas you service are maintained by us and included in the licence.

Can we start with one centre and expand?

Yes — most builders do. Moving from Display Centre to Network keeps your catalogue, price history and saved sessions intact, and the difference is credited against your remaining term.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your catalogue, pricing and every saved session export as structured files and PDFs. No lock-in, no exit fee.
